I wish to express my interest in becoming an Army Soldier for United States Army. This is a great opportunity that I am glad I have the chance to take advantage of.

I have known for some time that joining the army was for me and I am now ready to take that step and join the military. I know that being a soldier is a challenging career but it is one that I am ready to undertake. I am self-motivated and hard working. I can accomplish any goal that I set my mind to and I am in great physically health and ready for Basic Combat Training.

I have the ability to follow orders and perform the tasks assigned to me. I understand that maintaining a certain appearance is necessary once you become a part of the military.
